In February, Neighborhood Vitality is excited to offer Tai Chi and Chair Yoga classes designed for all ages and abilities. These classes create a gentle, welcoming space to improve balance, reduce stress, and build strength, while building connections with neighbors and supporting your overall wellness.
Whether you’re new to movement or seeking a low-impact practice, these sessions are an opportunity to care for your mind and body in a supportive community environment.

Little Readers, Big Ideas!
Reading brings families together — and now our community has a new way to share that joy! We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Neighborhood Vitality’s Little Neighbors Junior Book Club — a space where young readers can explore new stories, share ideas, and build a lifelong love of reading. During this 3-week program, our little neighbors will meet virtually once a week to dive into a new book, engage in fun discussions, and connect with other curious minds from across the Hudson Valley. Ideal for ages 5-10.

Neighborhood Noel Toy Drive - Newburgh
Join us on Sunday, December 14th for the Neighborhood Noël Toy Drive—an uplifting community event dedicated to bringing holiday joy to children in need across the city of Newburgh. This event is sponsored by Mayor Torrance Harvey.
If you are a parent or caregiver seeking support this season, we welcome you to attend and pick up toys for your children. Our goal is to ensure every child experiences the magic of the holidays, regardless of hardship.
